Mid Year Sale - Terms and Conditions

The “Mid Year Sale” (“Sale”) is made by Step One Clothing Australia Pty Ltd (“Step One”).
The Sale commences at 8AM AEST on 14 June 2022 and ends at 23:59 AEST on 25th June 2022 (“Sale Period”) and applies to selected products only when you purchase the minimum number of the specified products whilst stocks last. Strictly no sale prices will be retroactively applied to orders made outside the Sale Period. Orders cannot be amended or altered once the order has been placed with Step One other than in accordance with the Shipping/Returns policy.
The Sale is only available at https://stepone.life. A list of all of the sale items can be found at https://stepone.life. No other offers or promotions can be used together with this Sale.
Prices are as marked and advertised online and no discount code is needed at checkout.
The Sale cannot be applied to previously purchased products.
All purchases are “first come, first serve”, there is no guarantee of a successful purchase of products in your cart if another customer has completed checkout of limited stock products first.
If any products purchased using a Sale discount are returned, the maximum amount you will be refunded is the amount paid for the product, subject to any applicable Return Policy.
Step One reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions of the Sale at Step One’s discretion.
Step One reserves the right to terminate or cancel the Sale at any time without prior notice to you.
