We look at a rolling 12-month window (not calendar year). The more you've spent in the last year, the higher you sit:

Purple — free to join

Silver — $120 spent in the last 12 months

Gold — $300 spent in the last 12 months

Platinum — $450+ spent in the last 12 months

The amount you actually paid for products - after any discount codes, net of any returns, excluding shipping and GST. Gift card purchases count too. Sale orders and Auto-Refresh subscription orders all contribute.

You move down straight away. Because we use a rolling 12-month window, older orders eventually "age out" and reduce your trailing spend - if that drops you under your current tier's threshold, your status updates the same day. Keep shopping to hold your spot.
