Great undies and great customer service. I ordered women’s full briefs in the size recommended by the size guide but they were too big. I got in touch with customer services and they were excellent; clear, quick and friendly communication and a quick exchange. The pants are excellent. I have a physical job and active hobbies like running and cycling. A lot of pants take this as an invitation to go off on adventures of their own, which is vexing. Step Ones stay put and are incredibly comfortable.
Just fantastic. For someone with big legs that is always on the move, walking the dog, running around at work, out with the kids, or cycling/running for fun/charity, I’ve really struggled to find underwear that doesn’t fall apart quickly, chafe or leave me constantly rearranging. Can’t praise these enough. I have tried so many different brands of underwear. Some coming close. But these just feel so comfortable either walking, running, cycling or being a lazy ass.
I wear the shorts for under my cycling shorts they are so good protect from chaffing I love them.
