PayPal Frenzy Sale - Terms and Conditions (Australia)

1. The “PayPal Frenzy Sale” (“Sale”) is made by Step One Clothing Australia Pty Ltd (“Step One”), a company registered in New South Wales, Australia. Step One’s Australian Company Number is 640 837 181 and its registered office is at 4.01 / 418A Elizabeth Street, Surry Hills NSW 2010.

2. The Sale commences at 7.00pm AEDT on 3 March 2026 and ends at 11:59pm AEDT on 9 March 2026, whilst stock of products last or unless terminated earlier by Step One (whichever is sooner) (“Sale Period”) and applies to selected products only for new customers making their first purchase at https://stepone.life. The offer provides 30% off the regular price of selected products. Strictly no Sale prices will be retroactively applied to orders made outside the Sale Period. Orders cannot be amended or altered once the order has been placed with Step One other than in accordance with the Refund Policy.

3. No other offers or promotions can be used together with this Sale. 

4. Prices are as marked and advertised online during the Sale Period. To redeem the 30% off discount, new customers must enter the code PAYPAL30 at checkout. The discounted prices are as marked for those products at the check-out.

5. The Sale is available to new customers only, defined as customers who have not previously made a purchase at https://stepone.life. The Sale cannot be applied to previously purchased products.

6. All purchases are “first come, first serve”, there is no guarantee of a successful purchase of products in your cart if another customer has completed checkout of limited stock products first.

7. If any products purchased using a Sale discount are returned, the maximum amount you will be refunded is the amount paid for the product, subject to any applicable Refund Policy.

8. Step One reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions of the Sale at Step One’s discretion.

9. Step One reserves the right to terminate or cancel the Sale at any time without prior notice to you.

10. This Sale is subject to our standard Terms and Conditions of Sale at https://stepone.life/pages/terms-and-conditions-of-sale and Privacy policy at https://stepone.life/pages/privacy-policy, which shall apply to the sale of any products you purchase from Step One through our site.

11. Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat and other third party sites (“Third Party Sites”) may be used to advertise or promote the Sale. By participating in the Sale, you agree that the Sale is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with those Third Party Sites from all liability in relation to the Sale. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Sale should be directed to the Third Party Sites.

12. These terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia.
