Terms and conditions:  November Cash Giveaway Australia

1.     The November Cash Giveaway Australia promotion (Promotion) is made by Step One Clothing Australia Pty Ltd (Step One) and Step One is the promoter of the Promotion.  By participating in this Promotion, you agree to accept and be bound by these terms and conditions.
2.     This Promotion is available from 12pm Wednesday 15th November until 11.59pm Friday the 17th November 2023 Offer Period).
3.     A person who enters their email address and / or mobile phone number at HERE (Eligible Entrant) will write in 25 words or less what they would spend the Prize on.
4.     The maximum value of the prize pool over the Offer Period is $1,000. 
5.     The Promotion is only available in Australia.
6.     The Promotion is available for a limited time only and subject to change without notice.
7.     The Promotion is not valid for cash or cash equivalent.  The Promotion cannot be applied to previous purchases nor combined with any other offers or discounts.
8.     Conduct of the entire Promotion, including decisions on the eligibility of persons to enter and validity of entry and prizes, shall be the responsibility of Step One.  Step One’s decisions in relation to the conduct of the Promotion is final.
9.   Directors, management and employees of the Step One Clothing Limited Group of companies (including without limitation Step One Clothing Limited, Step One Clothing UK Limited, Step One Clothing Australia Pty Ltd and Step One Clothing USA, Inc) and their immediate families are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.
10.   Subject to any applicable law that cannot be excluded, neither Step One nor its related bodies corporate, shall be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered or sustained (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss or loss arising from negligence) arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with the Promotion or the prizes.
11.   Step One needs to collect personal information of Eligible Entrants so that the Eligible Entrant can be entered into the Promotion and for the purposes of sending marketing and promotional material about Step One’s businesses and products to the entrant.  Without providing Step One with that information, Step One cannot enter the person in the Promotion.  The Privacy Policy of Step One at https://stepone.life/pages/privacy-policy describes the purposes which the Step One Group including Step One, may collect, store, use and disclose personal information.
12. The laws of New South Wales govern this promotion.
13. Step One reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions of the Promotion at Step One’s discretion.
